WITM is a three-day travel trade industry event comprising of an International Conference, a Business –to-Business (B2B) networking session and a Consumer Exhibition.

Thursday, 31 May 2012 – Friday, 1 June 2012: is open to Ministers, Senior Government Officials, Key Leaders in the Tourism and Travel Industry, Sponsors, Pre-registered Travel Trade industry professionals including exhibitors, international & local media and Delegates.

Only pre-registered WITM 2012 visitors with official name tags/badges, trade visitors who register on the day and exhibitor tag/badge holders will be able to attend WITM 2012. Visitors are required to wear business attire as a condition of entry.

Saturday, 2 June 2012: WITM 2012 is opened to the general public. Press badges are restricted to Publishers, Editors, Journalists, Photographers and Broadcasters. Press registrations from advertising personnel and media sales representatives will not be accepted.

Badge holders must not allow their badges to be worn by anyone else. Any failure is likely to lead to the badge holder and the person wearing the badge being removed from WITM 2012.

Anyone obtaining a WITM 2012 visitor or exhibitor badge by theft, deception or other illegal means may be asked to leave WITM 2012. Anyone attending WITM 2012 should carry some form of photo-ID (passport, photo-ID driving licence, national identity card) or other identification acceptable to the Organisers, which the Organisers may ask to see.

No one under the age of 16 will be able to attend WITM 2012. Anyone attending WITM 2012 must not take part in any canvassing, demonstrations, objectionable behaviour or any activity, which may disrupt WITM 2012.

The Organisers reserve the right to exclude or remove anyone from WITM 2012 and the Exhibition venue.Students on travel and tourism related courses that are accompanied who have pre-registered will be admitted on Friday, 1 June 2012 only.

Official WITM 2012 photo & videographers will be taking photo & videos during the 3 days of WITM 2012.
